Who we are

This website is run by CV LABS TECHNOLOGY LTD, trading as CV LABS — a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17313911), registered office 6 Garden Walk, Rotherham S60 3HY. For anything to do with your data, email hello@cvlabs.co.uk.

What this site collects

The public pages of this site collect nothing: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies.

The members’ area is unlocked with an access code (or admin credentials). Signing in sets one strictly-necessary cookie that remembers you until you close your browser (24 hours at most). We don’t ask for your name, email or phone number to sign in, and the cookie identifies your session, not you. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes the site’s traffic on our behalf.

The members’ area

The members’ area contains statistics and records derived from footage of games the members played in — names, goals, assists and ratings. It is visible only to people on the members’ list. If you are a member and want anything about you corrected or removed, email us and we will sort it.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Email hello@cvlabs.co.uk and we will respond. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
